Warranty Policy & Customer Agreement
- All services must be scheduled through Octopus Royal customer service.
- Service calls include a deductible fee based on your plan, due before technician dispatch.
- Covered repairs include mechanical and electrical breakdowns due to normal usage.
- Plans do not cover cosmetic damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
- Replacement units for Pro Plan only if deemed non-repairable by our technician.
- Enterprise Plan terms are customized and require a separate written agreement.
- Plan coverage begins 30 days after purchase and is renewed monthly unless canceled in writing.
- Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No refunds for unused time.
- All parts replaced under warranty carry a 90-day labor guarantee.
- Octopus Royal reserves the right to deny coverage for pre-existing conditions or appliances not disclosed at the time of plan activation.
- Warranty plans are only valid for customers located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- Customers are responsible for maintaining appliances in accordance with manufacturer guidelines to ensure eligibility.
- We reserve the right to modify terms with 30 days' written notice to the customer.
