The plan covers parts and labor for approved repairs on officially registered appliances under your plan, subject to appliance condition at signup and the full Plan Terms & Conditions. Components listed as exclusions in the Extended Warranty & Appliance Protection Plan Terms (such as sealed system work, ice makers, washer drum systems and other specified parts) are not covered. Our goal is to give you clear, honest coverage – real parts and labor protection on approved repairs, with exclusions written in simple language so there are no surprises.
⏳ Do you really have no age limit on appliances? +
Yes. We accept older appliances as long as they pass basic safety and condition checks. We will always be honest with you if a unit is too far gone and not worth putting on the plan.
💵 What is the service call / deductible amount? +
Plan members pay a reduced $50 service call (deductible) when they need a repair on a covered appliance. This is much lower than a normal one-time repair visit.
🧽 What is included in the free annual maintenance? +
Once a year, we perform a maintenance visit for your covered appliances. This may include cleaning condenser coils, checking connections, inspecting hoses, basic adjustments and safety checks – depending on appliance type. The goal is to prevent breakdowns and extend the life of your equipment.
🚚 What happens if an appliance is not repairable? +
